I'm Sorry. Its hard to do Repair and enhance work without the Face.

I use the Face as a guide for the rest of the Body. Without which, The Skin Tone and consistency Becomes Almost impossible to Guess.

If You want a halfway decent Job. Then I really need the face. Otherwise, There is not much that I can do. Sorry.

I have tried following the tutorial myself, but it is hard to do without Photoshop (i can't get the adobe website to let me download the trial version).

Here is a version with the face, hope that someone can do good things with it.

Hmm, I didn't expect for the Face to be as white as a ghost?

Anyway, Since the original was in low Resolution. My Attempts to enhance the pic will be limited.

The Left Breasts nipple\areola was covered by a Dress Crease. To over come that, I cloned the Right side Nipple\areola. And Repositioned it on the Left Breast. Since Her Breasts were asymetrical, I had to make a rough estimate at location.

Since the Hair Was Colored and Thick Lipstick applied. Along with the Unatural skin tone. I was unable to Coorespond Color to Areola\nipple. My best guess is that she is a Brunette. (And being very fair complected.) Would have a color range between pink to light Brown. Agian, I had to Guess. Since pink threw the overall complexion off, I left it at a light brown\red tinge.

I added dark contours to a lot of the Background For Contrast. While This helped present More Underlying features. (like Shape of Breasts, Underwear is more visable.) It limited me In making the correct skin tone. Along with the poor resolution, And the poor camera shot. (over exposed.) (Having other pics as source meterial would have helped a lot. Along with a Higher resolution\less exposed pic)

Taken with the limitations of what I had. The picture came out good in details, lousy in color. So I stiched the Enhanced pic into the Original.

Overall, I wasn't pleased with the results. But I posted it anyway.

Can you give us a step-by-step tutorial on what you did if you have some time?

Not to be rude, Costas. But if you go back into the Threads. You will see various postings of what and how I did a certain picture.

But For a simple Explanation. I use 5% opacity on a paint Brush. And add contrast via skin tones, or underlying clothes colors. Along with Layers and merging. (what I added last night, took me about 10 minutes a pic. 5 minutes of plan of attack, and 5 minutes of implementation.)

(Most of what I do is Guess Work. I play with different approach's. And while a couple might work for most pics, A Couple i had to "discover". Mostly When I messed up.) That Why I encourage others to Read my "blah, blah, Blah" of What I do. And to discover thier own approaches. Then share them with the rest of us.

Thanks for the tips. It's nice to learn different approaches. The more approaches you read about, the more ideas you get about your own approaches.
I've read all of your postings in this threat, but I don't know how to do those tricks so that is why I was asking for a step-by-step (more detailed) tutorial (if you have some time).
Maybe I will start with some photoshop tutorials from the web and when I get to a certain level of expertise these will be easier for me to do.

I'm not sure if this question belongs to another threat: How do you do no.5 (remove blur caused by camera motion). Is there an easy way to do it with photoshop or is it a whole procedure? I have some blurry photos that I was trying to fix them but I couldn't.
