It’s a big file I’m afraid (220 Mb), totally unedited and a little shaky at times but it is in High Definition. As with many recent Sony and Panasonic HD camcorders, the file format is AVCHD with a file extension of .MTS. I do not think it will play in Windows Media Player but it should play in VLC Media Player. If you haven’t got an appropriate player, the one I would recommend you download for free is called Splash Lite. You can download this from

It’s not too big a programme (13 Mb) and seems to deal with AVCHD files just fine.

Let me know if this works. If so I have a couple of other video clips I could share.

If you remember my previous post introducing Montreal '11 to this thread, you might imagine how happy I was to see new additions by that photographer; if not, perhaps these two will hint at my feelings. Included in yesterday's pictures (as well as still-uploading ones from today), you will find many of the women dressed, undressing, and standing about - no actual riders yet - and, I should add, though I haven't invested the time to check quality by downloading, very much bigger "o" sizes than these "b" ones. I have just noticed that my favourite London rider (young with just a helmet, no pubes and long hair) has no clothes with her on her bike! Unless she is riding with somebody, she is relying on a mate being there at the end! She appears to have no way of covering herself up, if she felt the need;) I find that super sexy:D

Change http to hxxp and it's not a URL. It's generally advisable to do this with links anyway to keep things under wraps.

Here are some fun New Orleans pics, mid-ride.

In a reversal of the common practice of undressing during the ride, we see here the lone nude girl actually added some type of sumo-style wrap along the way. It doesn't seem to cover much, so I wonder why she didn't either 1) go fully nude or 2) put her bikini bottoms back on? There are nude males on the ride, so I'm sure it wasn't a case of being asked to cover up by the authorities. Is she just being goofy, or did she get self-conscious and improvise something to cover up?

Conversely, the cute redhead follows the traditional trajectory. She starts off covered, then loses the top as she gains confidence. Sexy.

While I think we all prefer rides with scores of nude riders, it's nice to see these newer/smaller rides getting bigger and bolder.

And speaking of smaller rides with less nudity--but that are fun nonetheless--here are some from St. Louis. I believe the ride started in 2008 with no nudity whatsoever, but has been gradually pushing the limit. Supposedly nudity is not allowed, so the riders are careful to toe the line. Over the past few limits I understand that there have been topless women and nude men during the ride itself, but they seem pretty careful to only show only the technically covered stuff (pasties, painted etc) in photos. Hopefully that will continue to follow a natural progression toward more rather than less nudity.

Interestingly, there seems to be a strong burlesque influence in the St. Louis aesthetic. I don't think that's an accident. Some of the flickr users who had WNBR gallers also had burlesque galleries, leading me to believe there's been quite a bit of cross-over between the subcultures.

And finally, a few from Montreal. I believe this is the same gallery that Crispus linked earlier. While not the biggest ride, it appears that at least half the girls went fully nude.

Please note that a couple of the _o size pics were over the 8 MB limit, so I re-sized them to 90% of the original size. This seemed a good compromise between not being able to post them, and posting the much smaller b size.

Finally, I think we can file the last pic under Things That Were Inevitable. I believe this is our first instance of a naked WNBR planking.

I'd say the quality is somewhere between stunning and mindblowing. Easily the best Flickr set I've seen so far this year. I am a sucker for this girl with the glasses and the big watch. And a couple of the girls with the hats are amazing. Wow.

This is the nearest I have seen so far, like many girls in the UK (and now in Spain too:mad:) she is very shaved down below, making a good clear shot on a bike almost impossible, unless she stands up in the saddle like the 'helmet girl' does;) Hopefully, someone else will have something better.
