It sure does. BUT!!!!! There's important points to be made here
1. A woman does not become less beautiful and sexual following the loss of a breast -and we, husbands, partners, boyfriends- need to reassure the womenfolk we love of this fact if they face this disease.
2. It's important for us, as husbands, partners, boyfriends, to be aware of lumps each time we kiss, stroke or fondle our womenfolks breasts and, if we find anything, tell them and get them to see a doctor almost immediately. Early detection is vital and may be the difference between life and death. Breasts are beautiful and we adore them, but we also adore the person attached to them. All of us, if we have to, will live without the pleasure of kissing a nipple, stroking it, licking it, whatever, if it means the person attached survives.
Do I sound like someone with insider knowledge? Yes. A passionate lovemaking session was disturbed by my discovery of a small lump I hadn't previously been aware of. Passions deflated, we contacted our doctor and two weeks later my wife had a lumpectomy. Very early detection meant cancerous cells were confined to breast tissue and some months later she was declared fit, healthy and free of breast cancer. We were lucky, and I feel fortunate to still have her around. I know of one previous girlfriend, and another girfriend's mother, who are no longer with us due to breast cancer. The more we can make the issue visible -and posters like the one above are incredibly important- the better.
I think it's important that you -you reading right now- to be aware of this and tonight, when you kiss your wife or girlfriend goodnight, get into a habit of kissing, fondling and stroking her breasts goodnight with an awareness of lumps that weren't there before.
