Apologies, quite late to the thread, but just stumbled on this post. The name is correct - she also went under the name S*unflowerS*ara, and was very active as a cammer on C*haturbate quite a few years ago. Her boyfriend/husband performed b/g stuff with her and also did solo jerkoff shows under the name V*anagonJ*ack, if memory serves. They very briefly ran their own website selling videos, many of which seemed to be of him being pegged by her.
I reckon that they were sort of associated with the indie film business on the technical side, and the Bl*ue Turt*le was their doomed attempt at getting into the freelance promo video business. She also seemingly worked as a camera assistant on the Naturist Movie That Will Never Be Released, along with her partner, though I believe that she got fired by JPR for losing her shit and throwing a cine camera lens worth five figures across the set.
