Actually, and thanks to slate787 for the clue, right architect (Conde McCullough) but wrong bridge: it's the "Ben Jones Bridge (also known as Rocky Creek Bridge) on the Otter Crest Loop between Depot Bay and Newport, Oregon." The sign has fleur-de-lis (suggests Nawlins or thereabouts: customironbyjosh.com/gates/schooner-landing/ ).
