yes sadly they don't even have to prove you wish to cause the person harm or distress it looks as though its enough just to post the photo on the internet, I have taken some photos on a nude beach but it worry's me that a person may if I am found posting them prosecute . its the revenge porn type things that ahave brought this new law and its follow up one to be brought in.. plays havoc with pic collecting and posting lol

yes its a great site, use to have a bunch of photos from a couple of those liz and Julie ,both their hubbys used to exchange and post on flickr, was a bit wary of the brit thread as lots of problems if u get caught posting other peoples photos it seems
