Default Outside hula hoop (high quality)
Thank you for the nice comments everyone.

Unfortunately because I'm using a weighted hula hoop it can be quite painful so I had to wear a jumper the next day. Should be okay to do it properly in a few days though

Here is the next one slightly outside. Hope you enjoy

Default If you ever get tired of the Hula Hoop...
I know another excercise that uses a similar motion.
All kidding aside, you're gorgeous and I could just put your videos on repeat and watch them all day! Thanks for sharing with us!
