Absolutely. Invasion of privacy. And furthermore, in my state, Texas, I don't trust the government. I can surely see them attempting to gather "evidence" for a crime I have not committed.

Oddly, Texas is one of the states creating this situation. Because 12 states now require incontrovertible proof of age, the rumor is that VISA is going to start requiring all adult platforms to have customers upload a photo ID. This could be the end of the retail adult industry.
