Swap Menu Bar Options Streaming Vids/Control Panel Over

Hi,

Would it be possible to have the Menu Bar Options "Streaming Videos" and "Control Panel" swapped over?

The Mobile Edition now no longer shows the "Control Panel" option (as it's not from the select few that are made available), not least having to get used to "Control Panel" not being on the far left on the Desktop Version....

It's under the quick links tab. You'll see user control panel on the drop-down menu. It doesn't look clickable (different color than the other items) but it is.
Not as convenient but the functions are still there.
