Codecs for TV?
I download my vids to a removable hard drive then plug it into my TV (the removable hard drive) to play the vids. Many play just fine but many also give me a message "file is corrupt" and won't play or it will only play the audio on some and no video. Is there something (a codec) I can download onto the removable hard drive I'm plugging into the TV that will help solve this problem. Nothing worse than downloading a bonerfide
 video and not being able to watch it on the 60" er. Thanks, and I love this forum.

I personally use - http://www.oxelon.com/media_converter.html works for all the vids I need to convert.
