To delete your cache of files and cookies, go into your control panel, select internet options and press delete files. Same applies to your cookies.

Hope this helps save your relationship!

Default Also

Clear your history. To clear links from browser, right click on blue part of the taskbar and click properties, then select start menu, then customize. From there you can delete your used programs list. Then click on advanced and then click on clear lists to clear the list of most recently opened documents that should include your links in the browser. Might be good to do a search for cookies just to make sure there is not another folder somewhere. Then run disk cleanup just to top it off.

Here's a link for more info on Microsofts really hidden files

Might be better to just to show her how much fun adult sites can be.

Good luck!

Default and also

you may want to clear out auto complete files.
These can be the memorised searchs you type in when searching for things. These can popup when the first letter is typed.

1, tools
2, internetoptions, then content.
3, autocomplete, then click, clear forms & clear passwords.

regards
CP.

You can also get a program called Window Washer from Webroot
http://www.webroot.com/consumer/products/windowwasher/
It clears all your traces.

Let me ad a big Amen about Window Washer. I frequently log on at the office on a general use machine.
Window Washer frustrates the nosy folks. There is also a free program called Crap Cleaner, but I have not used it.

The previous posts all offer good advice. If you're looking for a free program that does a good job, check out CCleaner:

Default Microsoft Antispyware

I recommend Microsoft Antispyware, it includes a track eraser that seems to be rather good.

- Whew!! Seems like it might be easier to delete the girlfriend and find one that shares your interests a bit more.
