This is not Halloween but there is a costume in the story.
My wife and me are on holiday in a resort on the beach. The staff organizes a pareo day. There are people selling pareos on the beach, courses on how to use and wear the pareo and last but not least the resort guests are invited to wear pareos for the dinner and the evening.
My wife is a prude and she decides to wear a pareo as a skirt with a knot on her waist, see the first photo. She feels safe for her modesty, it is long and she is not aware that there is a moderate transparency even if the pareo is folded to create a double layer skirt. You can see her thong panties under bright lamps but other women have outfits that are more revealing.
Before dinner we sit in the lobby. My wife assumes that the pareo is a long skirt, she opens her legs but she forgets the slit, the result is a great upskirt, after a while she realizes that she is showing too much and she closes the legs, a little upskirt remains and I can take the second photo. The receptionists and a few guests of the resort enjoyed the live upskirt and most of our friends have seen the photo together with the other photos of the holiday.
But this is not the end. During the dinner, my wife is coming back from the buffet to our table. She is holding two cups with soup. There is music playing and she is walking and dancing, shaking her hips. When she is near to our table the knot unties and the pareo falls down on the ground leaving my wife with her thong fully exposed (from the first photo you see that the top was above her belly). My wife cannot react because her hands are holding the cups. She makes another mistake because she screams.
Now everybody is looking at her, her thong panties are see-through, you can see her ass and her pubic hair. I am surprised, only after a few seconds I understand the situation, then I (very slowly) get up, take the pareo on the ground and help my wife to resume her modesty, leaving her exposed for more than one minute. Then she runs away through the whole restaurant with the pareo simply wrapped and a full see-through effect showing her thong.
I am sure that someone was able to take pictures or clips of the accident.
