The video is definitely here on this forum, because I've downloaded it from here before. It's absolutely not 'Zapped', but I don't know which movie it is. As is usually the case with these videos, I wish I knew what movie it was so I could see the full scene. ENFs tend to be better if you know why, exactly, you're supposed to be cheering as the person gets stripped.

It's from one of the "Electric Blue" DVDs, I think - either that or from Playboy TV/Video Magazine in the 1980's or so (there was quite bit of overlap between the 2 at that time.) I saw the full episode posted at Vintage Erotica Forums a while back but have no idea which one it's from.

I don't think that it's from the Electric Blue series as that was done in the UK and then picked up by Playboy TV in the US. In the longer cuts of this, there's dialogue that I'm fairly sure is in German. That jibes up with the "Onyx.TV" logo on the clip as that was a German music station that also started airing movies before going belly up. I have suspiscions that the film was made by Word Cinema, as that German company's films were among the most common on the station, but I can't be sure of that.

...and yes, I've been looking for this film for a really long time, if just to know why they're swapping the blowdryer.

I don't know about this theory. I distinctly remember watching Electric Blue episodes in german on Onyx.tv in the early 90s. And that was one of them.
As for the blowdryer - there was some insane plot with alien technology that was stolen or something like that =].
