I'm not sure what problem you have, but maybe you need to have a minimum of post before you can upload images?

If memory serves, I think you just have to do a few text replies so that your account can be unlocked to post attachments.

I believe you can start posting pics right away. The difference is those posts have to be reviewed and approved by a mod before they show up. That can take from a couple of hours to a day. Then, once you’ve uploaded enough approved content you can also download. But really, it’s a lot easier to just buy a one-click pass.
