Many thanks for that amazing clip! That looks to have been her Paso Doble dance from Series 16, week 10 of Strictly Dancing. She received three 10s and a 9 from the four judges. Her partner was her current boyfriend, Kevin Clifton. They ended up winning the 16th season that the clip was from.

It is for charity, and they're probably "celebs". Judging by the soundtrack, "This is Me", it's for breast cancer awareness, same as the "Real Full Monty" shown on British TV. The title translates as "Naked for Life".
