Anyone help with a movie name

I know this is a long shot, but hopefully utilising the combined knowledge of the OCC members someone can help me.

A number of years ago I saw a brief clip in the middle of a video tape of what appeared to be a full length movie.

Details as I remember them are
- Looks like filmed late 70's early 80's
- Set during World War 2, following the fall of Singapore to the Japanese
- A group of women (varying ages) were trying to escape and were in a hold of an old boat
- Obviously very hot, so lots of shots of women in singlets and knickers
- A lot laying around on hammocks
- Why have no idea, however some either started to masturbate themselves, or a just one lady started to masturbate another lady
- Was done under clothing, but tight, wet, and white knickers so clear what was happening.

Clip then stopped.

Does anyone know where this came from, again I know there is little detail, and clearly a long shot, but thought I may try this option
