It means "naked race"
Roskilde is a huge music festival in Denmark.
the Nogenlob is a naked race around an course set up by the radio station broadcasting from the venue

Photos we have from photographer's site are resized to 2500px width because the site is hosted on squarespace and while it's not that bad for vertical photos all the horizontal ones get considerably downsized. I believe SE og HØR best size photos are resized to half the original size as some uk tabloids got pics in 5000px but slightly cut, saved with lower jpeg quality setting and unfortunately censored.
For example this photo:  it basically the lower resolution version of this censored one:  I haven't been able to find uncensored originals anywhere, maybe others will have more luck, or maybe a simple solution of politely asking author for them would work. Worth a try if someone can speak danish.
