Not working for me on my Mac (High Sierra v.10.13.3) with Chrome, Safari, or Firefox (previous release or current.)
I also tried it on the Mac with Win 10 and VMWare (IE 11) and it’s not working. I tried compatibility view and it’s still not working. I haven’t tried it on my regular windows laptop but that’s at work right now.

Figured out MY issue.
Apparently, a setting changed so that I wasn't allowing flash by default. I fixed the setting and it's working as I would expect.

Not Working
I've recently switched from Chrome to Firefox, and several problems went away. But one has appeared. "Manage Attachments [Advanced version]" no longer works.
I had this problem once in Chrome, and solved it (with help from this forum) by enabling Flash for this site. I see tips to do the same with Firefox, but in version 63.01 on Win10, I'm not finding any options related to Flash. I go to Add Ons, then go to Plugins, and Flash is not one of the shown plugins. Can anyone guide me? I got stuff to upload, and one file at a time is not going to cut it. -boster

Do you get the little padlock like the picture? (I use Chrome)
I found, if I left click once on the padlock, it brings up a window where I can change Flash from 'Ask (default)' to 'Alllow'. When I close that window it will want to reload the page and I get the advanced uploader back. |

Thanks for the response, Turtle. I do have a padlock in the address bar (see screen shots). Clicking it (or the "i" in the circle) pop up some security info and access to options. The top option (labeled "forum.oneclickchicks.com"), when clicked, just says this is a secure site verified by DigiCert.
The second set of options, "Content Blocking", "All Detected Trackers" and "Third Party Cookies" all take me to the following settings panel: The third option, "Permissions", takes me to this settings panel: In none of the panels is there a "Flash" option. I've tried adding the site as an exception to various policies, but no luck. -boster

Problem Solved
I have solved the problem--at least for me.
Again: I have Windows 10, Firefox 63.01. Firefox no longer supports Adobe Flash out of the box. In fact, Mozilla (maker of Firefox) plans to completely end support of Adobe Flash by 2020. So to get the Manage Attachments [Advanced version] window to work properly, I had to download and install Adobe Flash. After doing that, and after restarting Firefox, the Manage Attachments [Advanced version] window had a black rectangle where the "Select files to upload" button should be; I clicked the black rectangle, and a popup asked me if I wanted to allow Adobe Flash for this website. I answered "yes", and now I can use the feature. You can download/install Adobe Flash here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ -boster
