It seems a bit mean to handcuff a naked girl with her hands behind her back. It's not as if she's carrying a concealed weapon. I would never do that, and I certainly wouldn't frisk her

NYC actually had nude beaches. Who are these sickos that are afraid of nudity. It is obvious that a nude person doesn't have a weapon.
