Posting bigger videos
I have larger files that I would like to post. Is it ok to split them up and post them? If so, what can I use to split them up? I am trying to contribute. I miss having access to the forums.

You have a couple choices.
1. You can send us larger videos and maybe we will host them on our "Home" page. Instructions are in this thread. 2. You can split them. If you split them, all parts must be playable by themselves. Do not use HJSplit or WinRAR to split files! Also, keep in mind that we ask members not to upload more than 20 MB a day. If you have more than that we would ask you to spread it out over a few days. I would use Windows Media Player to split a file, but there a lot of other choices out there. Thanks,

splitting suggestions...
Can you offer any suggestions for splitting files on a Macintosh Computer? I've got some interesting stuff to upload, but most is over the limit.
It can be frustrating being a mac-user... Sami |

Alex,
Thank you for the response. I have the Homemade Diane video everyone is looking for. I will split it up and post it. |
