Idea to help avoid reposts

I have just run into a problem trying to see if a vid was posted before I posted it. It turns out the video was posted and I ended up reposting it. I checked for over an hour to see if five new videos I had were already posted.

It was a BB video of a girl named Jessyca. I when I searched for Jessyca and BB I turned up nothing because the poster listed it as behind the curtian.

Would it help if people posted part of the title of the vid-this one was "jessyca.avi" in the title line?

You could write in the title "Jessyca.avi" BB girl accidental exposure. Than you can give a description and cap in the body of the message. I think if we all follow this format we can search to see if a vid was posted much easier and cut down on reposts.

We would all have to do it but I think it's feasible.

Otherwise based on some of the titles out there it is almost impossbile to tell if your video has been posted or not. There was no way I was going to tell that it was the same video because I hd no reason to check "behind the curtian" and I also don't look at every post so there is no way I can know all the videos that have been posted. I mean there are now over a hundred and twenty five pages of sexy videos alone.

Since someone was upset about my reposts the other day I went out of my way not to repost today and yet i still ended up reposting.

Does this idea make sense to anyone else?

Very soon you will be able to search for a video by it's title (file name), not just the descriptions in the posts.

That should help the situation a lot.

My perpsective on this is that if you haven't seen the vid on here before, if you do a key-word search, and if you've capped the vid, you've done your best. If it turns out to be a repost, so be it. People will point it out, and the mods will clean it up. The worst thing that you'll have done is to give a bump to the original poster's thread because the mod's will not delete a respost without providing a link to the original. In other words, don't sweat it, 'cause in the grand scheme of things how big a deal is it to open a thread, look at a cap, realize you've seen the vid before, and move on? If people start getting annoyed about that, then they need to work on ways to relieve the stress in their lives. . . and hey, what do ya know . . . porn works for that too.

i posted one the other day titled nudist beach 1
did find one similar vidcap but couldn't get it to load so posted it anyway
since then i have found it posted 3 times under different names
naked lady at the beach, naked beach, nudist
no one called me on it
point being every one who is so observant on here can still miss something
i feel if u give an honest effort to search for vids before you post even if it is a pain
you have fulfilled your obligation some one wants to get smartassed about it
tells u more about the small-minded person giving the comment
also they don't post much because thats the only way you can be sure nothing is a repost
and i have been thru more than half the pages in sexy vids
and downloaded 1200 of them i think i can speak with some authority
and if by chance you do post a repost the origainal poster should thank you for bringing attention to his previous post which i have noticed some do
you the man already 200+ posts keep the faith and keep posting

Stoney you are cracking me up with the porn relieves stress. But you are so right it sure the hell does.
Jusy my 2 cents which in reality means - 1 cent if it's a repost from a few months ago chances are newer members don't have it, or people like me that thier old PC is thrashed and working with a new one with no clips on it, well lets just say gratitude for a repost here and there is abundant on this end. Anyway as always thanks and back to my hole.

My experience is that the search function is not reliable and I don't use it very much. I found a link talkin about the hots movie. I did a seach to see if anyone posted it and it only came up with a req for a scene but not the original post I came from. They both had hots in the title.

I look forward to the new search feature. I'm sure that when this site was started there was nothing to search for so it was not a problem but as with all new things there is a growing, learning and updating process that in time usually become better than ever.

I signed up in july but I forgot about it because it was so slow. Came back around sept. and there was about 60 pages of sexy vids. By dec. there were about 80. During this time I went from page 1 through the end. Now there are 145 pages. And I have seen almost every one. Yet I probably don't even remember half of them. I have also reposted and I am always afraid of reposting something if it's something I found, even if I do a search.

Basically this site has almost become a database or archive of vids from cyberspace from the past 5 years and if watermarked videos were allowed it would probably be complete. If you found a vid somewhere else there is a good chance it is already posted here. Like Alex said at the begining of Feb. There is a lot of new stuff posted and it would probably be worth it to take the time look at every post. Though, after seeing what mcp1275 is doing, it could be a journey. Mabey it would be better just to wait for the new search feature. Then again you might miss some excellent vids. So many choices, so little time.

I would like to see a database page of the vids someday with stats and links to the original post. Hopefully that will be available with the new search feature.

Hey I know it's a drag but we're all trying our best.

I'm working my way back from the last video, something like 159. I'm down, or up, to page 108 depending on how you look at it.

I did find one clip I really liked. It's an asian girl who gets her top ripped open by two topless zombie girls/ and hot zombie girls not ugly ones.

I wish I knew the title of the movie.
