This is a testable statement - and false.
If you are correct then you would be able to show that most of the companies producing, promoting and distributing (eg Brazzers, DogFart, BlacksOnBlondes...) IR porn are run by or owned by black people.
Look-up "largest porn producers" or IR porn producers, and who owns them, they are not owned by black people. It's a business - the agenda is profit - from wherever.
