My wife and I, now well into our 70's, went her family reunion last summer. Her grandparents had a lot of kids and so now the brood is huge, well over 100 attended. As you might expect, we are closer to some and others we didn't recognize. Two of the men, now in their 50's, came over to us and we had a nice talk. When our kids (also adults) left to do something else, the two men said they wanted my wife to know that she was the sex symbol of the family. She acted surprised and said she never fooled around with anyone. They laughed and said that was not what they meant. When they were younger, my wife had been the first girl or woman they ever saw naked. One said that later when he saw photos of Bettie Page, he thought she looked like my wife. Other than dark hair and a good figure, I didn't really see it, although back then my wife wore stockings, garter belts and heels often too.

She said she never made a big deal of it, and does remember that a lot of the boys followed her around when they had reunions or parties (anniversaries, birthdays, etc.). She also said that at the farm, she preferred to swim at the back pond, farther away from the house, so she could be nude or sunbathe nude. She also remembers asking one young man, a favorite, to be her lookout and let her know if anyone of the older people were nearby. He usually told the other young male cousins so they would go with her, he said. He also remembered she told the boys to not hide and peek, that made her feel creepy. Just come out and let her know he was there. Another memory he had was that at least twice, she went to the back pond straight from the event (wedding or whatever)and stripped by the pool with the boys watching ----slips, stockings, heels, etc.---til she was naked. On another occasion, one of the boys wanted to see "down there" and she laid back and let them see her spread pink insides.

She was smiling now and saying that she should be embarrassed but we were all family. Again, the relative said, no, that sometimes he would bring two or three friends with him, explaining to his parents that they wanted to go to see the farm. He guessed others brought friends too. I asked them if any of the boys took photos, since Poloroids were very popular in those days. He looked a bit flushed and said yes, there had been a few taken of her naked but from a distance. He said they were valued treasures and on occasion, passed around. He also said he used the photos and her memory to bring himself a lot of joy back then. My wife had no memory of any of the boys taking pictures back then. For a moment, I thought she would bring up that we have lots of naked photos of her and let them see them when we are together again, but she didn't. Later, on the way home, I asked if we could take some photos to the next reunion, and she said she would think about it.

Finally, a group photo was taken with all the family together. As we left that, she asked the two men, "how many of my family members here have seen me naked?" He looked around and said, "of my generation, all of us". He said, about 20 at that reunion. She looked at them and asked "do they think I am a sl*t or a wh*r*?" and both replied "no, they think you are an angel". As we left, one of them said "if you were going to the back pond today, I would go with you again!" She liked that.
