I believe most MC clubs are much different now. But I'm sure there are still wild ones. Back where I came from in Illinois there was the "HOLE" where pretty much anything went on. It was actually a local city bar but the wild MC group hung out there and took young girls back to the clubhouse basically as prisoners until they got tired of them. Rumor was this could be weeks and sometimes years.
But at the HOLE those not invited were not welcome. This often encluded the police who only went in in large groups when forced to break up fights and other problems.
