I can't speak for everyone, but most people I know who live in NYC (including myself) don't really care - we just ignore anyone outside the windows. Sex on the living room couch, or against the window sill in the big bay windows (with the more adventurous girls), walking around naked, etc. is all fairly par for the course. This is from 20 years ago when I was living ˝ mile away in what was my 2nd house, not exactly high rise nudity, but in line with the theme of this thread.
