The actress who played the waitress is named Pat Astley. Yes, there was more nudity on the show. I have one or two more clips that I'll add to this thread, as soon as I find them.

The sketches only seem to be on the "Golden Greats" DVD set, not on the six volume "complete & Unabridged" set from A&E (go figure!) I did a search. I couldn't find "wishbone" the first part, but I did find "Another wishbone" which is the sequel quickie. These are much tamer than the Dave Allen version, but similar in theme.

Sorry to wander from the original theme of the thread, but here is another favorite Dave Allen sketch of mine where two old codgers duel by having "their" stripper try to give the opponent a heart attack.
