BS Player

I think it's a good name, I think it's BS.

No matter what I do it jumps in and download my clips.

The problem is is seems to take almost an hour to download one clip.

I can't seem to turn it on of off. Even if I exit the device when I down load it pops back.

How can I control this thing. Is there away to disable it without dleting it so I can use it only when I want to use it instead of when it wants me to use it.

It sounds like when you downloaded it, it made the bs player your default player. Might just need to make wmp your defaul player again.

I'm not entirely sure I understand what you're saying. But I think what you'll want to try is right click on a video you want to play, then click on 'Open With', then choose the media player you want to use. You can change players just for that particular clip, or change it indefinitely (by checking the appropriate box), and still keep your BSplayer.

Two things:

I have no problem playing vids, I can choose what ever player I want to use then open the file with that player.

I was having problems ever since I downloaded the BSplayer. I was getting a dialouge box which gave me the save open choice, and no matter what I did it would take 40 to 50 minutes if I either saved or opened.

I reset my defaults for Media Player so the problem does seem solved for now.

Actually I should just get a high speed connection but I really can't justify it if I only need it to download soft core porn vids. Maybe I can download at work and then bring them home on disc.

Is there a place where I can reset my defualts globally? I hate having to go to each player and change the settings in each one because I have noticed even if I set one player as the defualt sometimes the other players don't realize this.

Actually does anyone know of a good book that explains photos and vid and music and downloading well?

I looked at a few books and all I can find are the "how to turn your computer on you idiot" types of books. I'm looking for something advanced.

Yes it ended up bing my default player and I also don't know why my computer statred downloading at a really slow rate.

I un defaulted it and every thing seems to be okay.

It's a great player and I also think I figured out how to makes caps with it.
