a) when I checked just now there were over 3000 generally visible (with the standard provisos that you must be a member, signed in, and with permissions set to allow viewing "Restricted" pictures)
b) whether or not anyone here is f/f has been asked more than once previously, with nobody admitting to it, but as noted elsewhere, a workaround is to find a group the user belongs (or even just contributes) to, join it, at which point you'll be able to see anything they've submitted, regardless of being or not being f/f with that user

The account (photostream) of this user is from time to time deleted by Flickr or himself. And a few days/weeks/months later he returns to Flickr with a new photostream and starting with some old, by followers, well known pics.
I guess i saw >10.000pics from him, including about 5-10% duplicates from his different photostreams (1st., 2nd, 3rd etc.) Notice also that +/- 15% of his pics looks like almost the same and probably up to 5-10% features only men. (i guess for his female fans)

Just a sporadic discussion and only one picture in almost a year and a half.
