... the ratio of nude women to nude men at Fantasy Fest?

According to the official records of the Census Bureau, the exact ratio in 2009 was 46.5 to 44.8 (only nudes counting). The remaining 8.7 obviously were transsexuals (again only totally nudes counting).

... Anyone got more of her or knows her name?

Her name is Mallory. I attach three more pics (though not totally nude).

As a 5 time FF attendee, I can say that on any given night (and more so towards the end of the week) there will be 10 to 20 women wearing nothing but paint and sandals. About 60% of the people there are tourists, fully dressed and taking pictures. Of the 40% who are there to party, about 30% of the women are topless wearing paint or some body jewelry. Total nudity on the street is rare (it's still illegal, even in the party zone). In the bars and private parties, anything goes. As far as nude men goes, I have never seen any on the street - that will get you busted real quick. Some of the loincloths are rather skimpy, though. The 800 block of Duval is the gay section. But FF is overwhelmingly a hetero party.
If you want lots of totally nude women, pay the $10 and go to the rooftop nude bar at the "Garden of Eden" (above the Bull, at Duval & Caroline St)

Ok..I guess I should loosen up the restrictions. Total nudity is tough to find. There are more of almost total nudes..paint so little that you can see everything, see through costumes, etc. Soooo...let's open it up a bit and see what happens. What I find amazing is that these are ordinary ladies showing it all in a very public setting. My hats..and evreything else... off to these sexy ladies

I like fantasy fest photos, but how come they are all the same women? Do these ladies go to everyone or do they let them selves get photographed for money?

It does appear that there are a number of folks who attend every year and they do seem to attract photographers. i hope these posts are of ladies who are not in a lot of pics.

Thanks for the information! Are you saying that nudity is illegal, but that women wearing only paint and sandals are not considered nude, or are at least tolerated? Or does a woman wearing only paint and sandals have a risk of being arrested? The attached photos were found on the internet.
