This tool can translate from japanese to english. You can input either with your mouse, or pressing the buttons. Google translate also accepts mouse input (drawing) but I recommend this tool to type whatever you need.

Often I find tools like that don't really work, some can't even identify certain kanji symbols and when they do it's translated to nonsensical gibberish.

This one can't translate phrases but, it does a good job translating words. I use it with google translate to understand some raws.

A segment of a manga (who's name escapes me at the moment)
Been trying to find a way to translate it, but as mentioned in previous comments most translators either can't identify half the kanji letters or translate what it can identify as random gibberish.
