[Request] EUF scene in Prince music video?

I'm surprised I never saw this clip before. Not a real euf scene, the actual video of the "euf" moment actually lasts probably 5 seconds, but here's two gifs of Cat Glover getting her skirt ripped off by prince in what's presumably a video from a tour of his.

Anyway I tried looking into it best I could but couldn't find the actual video clip. There's plenty of gifs online made from it. Does anyone recognize the video or where it could be from? Thanks
