I've been scouring the internet for photos from 'Teatro Oficina' productions, as is discussed on the Uzyna Uzona, Naked Theatre from Brazil thread.
While doing so, I discovered a Greek production of Lysistrata, as performed last summer in what looks like an open-air theatre by the National Theatre Company of Greece. Lots of well-established and revered Greek actresses involved, apparently, in various states of undress and see-throughness!  Here's what I've found so far...

Croatian actress Helena Minić naked on stage of Split's Croatian National Theatre. The play is Henrik Ibsen's Nora and she play the main character and is fully nude on stage. It's worthy to mention that she dared going naked on stage only few months after giving birth to daughter.
