5 is Hyde Park Corner taken at the 2008 London WNBR. The New Zealand War Memorial is visible in the background.

To follow up on the second one, it's specifically Sue Bierman Park, the portion extending from the foot of Market Street to the Don Chee Way transit stop (note background buildings and compare to streetcarmike.com/muni_pccstreetcar/muni_pcc1077_ferry_5_jun082007.jpg )...
