Incredible public EUF
The girl's name is Caroline Gold. The photo is just a newspaper clipping, old and blurry, but damn, it's a good one! Does anyone know more about this (apparently) genuine public EUF event?

Unfortunatly, I don't have the actual clipping, only a photo of it. From what I can gather, it was a demonstration of what soundwaves can do (probably a stereo/speaker promotion). It's most likely from the late 70's (the date at the top seems to be September 14, 197?), and I think the article was in a british or australian paper (The Daily Mail). I think Caroline Gold was a minor celebrity of some sort (radio DJ, singer...something along those lines).

and on the very bottom of the picture, it references; the Radio Forth, show, which appears to be out of Scotland. Anyone familiar with it?

Okay, a little digging has turned up a comedy writer/performer named Caroline Gold. I believe she was also a soap opera actress. Can't confirm it, but she may be the same girl.

I believe this clipping to be fake.. unfortunately. I've seen this for some years now and its still being shown at the Riptorn4u website. Sadly the owner doesn't update it anymore. I know it to be fake because for one, the story is very fictitious in regards to how soundwaves do that, even though I wish it were true. In any case I did search for it myself.

That was one of the big things in the movie The Italian Job. That you could buy this really expensive pair of speakers that would blow a womans clothes off.

I don't think the clipping is a fake, but the event itself was almost certianly rigged for comedic effect. From the little I've been able to find, it seems this was an act in a comedy road show. I guess wires were used to simulate her clothes being blown off by soundwaves. Regardless of how it was done, it's still a fun photo.
