How to send a photo to a Mod?

I'd like to send a photo to a moderator to discuss if it's suitable to post. I can't find a way to attach a pic to a PM.

Is there some way to do this?

I was asking because it may have come up before and there may be a hidden forum or something magic.

There's no way to attach a photo to a PM. You would have to upload it elsewhere as whalers suggested.
