Free 3gp converter?

I have come across a number of new 3gp videos that would be great to post here. The problem is that I don't have a great converter to put them in an acceptable format. The converter I use places a watermark on the converted videos unless it is registered (paid for).

So the question is, Does anyone know of a free.3gp converter so I can post those vids?

I use a program called IM Too to convert .3gp. The free version has a limit of 5 minutes but most mobile phone videos do not run that long anyway.
