Please help anyone,

I have been looking for videos of these women a couple years back that did a striptease for autism, they where from Stroud in the UK somewhere.

I have some photos for people to look at to see if they have any videos of them as i think most have been taken of the internet.

These girls were awesome. Not only did they strip for a good cause, but they got completely naked and showed everything to the audience- they showed boobs, bush, the lot.

This stands in contrast to the current trend whereby female “full Monty” performers don’t get naked at all. The girls usually keep their knickers on and at best give a one second flash of their bare chests.

There has to be an AI tool somewhere that can remove lettering and improve lighting so that the girls can be appreciated in all their glory by a wider audience. If that tool doesn't exist yet, I can't imagine that it will be too long until it is available

There isn't and there won't be one... ever. You either have to recreate the entire image (shooting it again with different people, or having an artist do their best painting of the scene... maybe even have an AI create something similar) or live with what you have.

Hmmmmm - I'm not a technie, so I won't delve to deeply here. But I have scene video experts that suppress colors and images in frames of video, so I'm going to remain hopeful that one day low resolution videos can be significantly enhanced and unwanted items can be removed

Again, not possible. The best it can do is guess what whatever's hiding behind that text looks like, and try to draw it. That might or not look anything resembling what was originally there.

You might as well hire an artist to do that for you. At least the results might look human. But it won't definitely be what was actually covered by text.
