Help locating source of this Towel drop?

This was a towel drop I really liked a few years ago, but I didn't save it before it was taken off youtube or dailymotion. I managed to find the flv. on this site, but the sound was gone and the link to the original video was no longer viable.
Can someone help me track this video down or atleast the show/movie it came from?

Ironically, I was already familiar with this series, so it's a shame that the live-action version I ignored was the source I needed. For those who desire a higher quality version here's the link to the movie.
