There is one thing I don't like about "standard" blowjobs in traditional porn: the principle of "proving" that the guy came. The principle is usually followed in two ways: either the guy comes to the girl's open mouth, or the girl makes the guy come into her mouth while her lips are closed, but then opens her mouth right into the camera to demonstrate the cum is there (pretty disgusting in my view!).

In fact, such explicit proofs are absolutely unnecessary - there are many other factors indicating that the guy came. If i may offer a different viewpoint, your post appears to be centered around the "gross" factor of showing sperm after ejaculation. Back in the day, porn was new and men were inexperienced in front of a camera. Production costs were by the hour, so the longer the guy took, the more it cost. To hasten production and reduce costs, male orgasms were often faked if the man couldn't perform within a certain time schedule. I'm sure you have seen old porn where the gal has been sucking for 10 minutes and the guy comes in her mouth, no sperm visible, with a flaccid penis. This degraded the quality of the shoot, and people complained about the not quite XXX factor. More like soft porn on steroids. Visible sperm meant the money shot. End of shoot.

Yep, that seems logical. As I said, this is the way the traditional (that is, professional porn, who keeps the whole industry going) is made, and amateurs usually follow suit, wishing that or not.
