Hello! I'm from Germany and I often visited various sauna locations. In Germany and the Netherlands. Indeed I think it's hard to take pictures because smartphones are forbidden by the owners of the locations. But here is something I read recently: It is NOT against the law to take pictures of naked women in a sauna!
 I guess many would not expect that. I'm only talking about the taking of the pictures of couse. The matter is because a sauna is a public and not a private location like your home or a 'public' toilet or a dressing room. So if you take pictures of a nude lady in Germany (again just the taking of the pictures) and you get caught you will be banned froum the sauna and probably they can make you delete the pics but that's all that's gonna happen. No trouble with the law or police. To my friends from the US: You should visit a german sauna once in your lifetime  Specially in the weekend so many young girls! Everybody how says saunas are just visited by old men has never been to one at the right time.
