I know it's a bit cheeky asking for stories without any content of my own, but I figure there must be a million stories about porn stashes out there. Lets face it, most men must have one - either the old school shoebox under the bed, or the more modern hard drive full of OCC downloads!

How many of these survive marriage, or girlfriends moving in with you?
Has yours ever been found by anyone?
Have you ever found anyone else's? (maybe someone you'd never expect to have one?)
Is there such a thing as a girl's porn stash?
Has your porn stash ever mysteriously vanished, and did you find out what happened?
What happens to your porn when you die? Or do you dispose of it at a certain age?
And what's the best way to dispose of a porn stash anyway?

I have purchased many boxes of magazines at auctions 95% Playboy , Some penthouse and hustler and ten or fifteen misc. I guess as long as I have room for them I will keep them and read them every so often ... i really like the PB interviews .. When I die I guess the magazines will probably go to auction again ..

All porn I have is on a single encrypted hard drive, with encrypted backups elsewhere. Nobody will know the password after I die. My heirs will be able to reformat the hard drive and use it for other purposes.

I download most of the porn from the internet directly to the encrypted hard drive. Very rarely I get some stuff on a physical medium (e.g. DVD). I copy the contents to the encrypted hard drive, and destroy the original medium once the hard drive has been backed up.

I don't think I would tell anyone the password as part of my will. If a friend wants to get a copy of my porn, he should ask me before I die. For those who don't want to get a copy, my will would be a burden.

This would be a funnier story if the punchline wasn't given away in the thread topic but here goes:

I visited my Grandpa in the hospital during his final days and when no one around he beckoned me close. I leaned in, but he still wanted me closer. Finally when my ear was only inches from his mouth he whispered, "There's a folded blanket on the far right of the top shelf in my bedroom closet... underneath that blanket it a mahogany box with a gold clasp... I want you to take it."

All sorts of thoughts raced through my mind. Many related to the fact that Gramps went bankrupt in the early 90s but somehow still had loads of money. He bought a new Cadillac every 4 years, and wore new looking suits just about every day of his life, etc. I got it in my mind that this must be the hidden stash! Of course it was, just not the type of stash that I thought is was.

It turned out to be war era porn. Black and white images of big hipped, big boobed, giant bushed women. There was even a "menu" from a brothel which was a fascinating read. It was a small box and there really wasn't much there, but not only was this pre-internet, it was pre-playboy. So I'm sure that any collection was impressive back in the 40s.

Back in my college days a friend of mine lived in a house just off campus. It was a big 2 story house with like 5 guys living in it. Since it was close to campus we used to hang out there all the time. As with houses like this people came and went all the time. The previous year a woman had lived in the house. She left behind a stash of naked guy mags. Don't remember if it was Playgirls, or gay porn, just naked guys.

My friend is going home at the end of a semester, taking his laundry home for his mother to do. He had a clothes hamper. He would load the whole thing into his car and take it home. One of us hit on the idea of putting some of the nudie guy mags in the middle of all of his dirty clothes, knowing he would never see them, but his mother would find them. Which she did.

I had a couple of sneaker boxes filled with the prerequisite porn mags, playboys, hustler, penthouse, etc, back in college. Also, move a head a few years, after graduating kept the playboys. one day i came home early from work and found my then girlfriend thumbing through some of them. i was slightly embarrassed that she found them, never told her i had them, and a bit more turned on seeing her going through them. the night ended with her requesting i renew my membership and us doing it like rabbits in just about every room in the house!

This thread brings back a story I hadn't remembered in a long time. After getting my BS, I spent about ten years in the workforce before deciding to go back and get a masters. At that time I found an old college friend who worked professionally by then, and we rented a duplex more or less between the University and where he worked. He and his girlfriend used to get pretty loud sometimes, but nothing racy to report. Once though I was snooping around in his room, don't remember what I was looking for, and I found his stash. It was the usual stuff, a few Penthouse as I recall, but mostly the harder stuff like Club. There was one odd little publication though.

It was smaller than a magazine, larger than Penthouse Letters, not very many pages, and printed on cheap newsprint. It was all stories and ads. It didn't take very long to skim the stories. Most were pretty crappy, not any better than a lot of the stuff in OCC's Fiction threads (no offense intended). There were two very strange child pedo stories though. I don't know if fiction stories constitute child porn, they were pretty obviously fiction, not well written, and labeled as fiction. All I remember about them is that they were kind of weird stories, not just under-age. The thing was so crappy, short and badly printed that I couldn't imagine anyone paying for it, certainly not my housemate. He had nothing at all even remotely under-age in nature, not even "Barely 18", or one of those mags. It was mostly typical adult erotica though, only a couple under-age stories.

Flash forward a few years and I ran across the publication again, in the used section of an adult bookstore. It was in a bundle of old magazines. I wondered again were in the hell it came from. Then several years after that I ran across it again, only in a very different context. I read about it in the media, with a pretty good description of one of the weird under-age stories, and I think even a blurry thumbnail snap shot of the cover. I can't remember where I found the story about it, but it was most likely the internet. It turned out that it was published by the FBI, and supposedly used, or it was intended to be used, in operations to catch people dealing in child porn. As I recall, the story was about an inquiry into the appropriateness of the FBI spending money on something like that. By then I'm wondering, how the hell did the FBI get it circulated, and how did my housemate get a hold of it?

My housemate had gotten married by then, had a kid even I think, and I'm sure he had gotten rid of the thing many years earlier. It was printed on such crappy paper, it had maybe even fallen apart by then. At the time I first ran across it, I didn't want to have anything to do with it, not knowing if it was even legal. Now I kind of wish I had a copy of it, along with the news story about it of course. Given it's interesting origin, a collector of early porn would probably pay good money for it today.

My porn stash stories:

First a tribute to my dad's National Geographic Magazines. I knew every native tit picture from 1900 to through WWII. There was one filipina in particular that no doubt contributed to my love/lust for asian women.

Ever since leaving home and living on my own I have had a few magazines. Once in a while I'd get to the big city and buy some hardcore stuff. I sort of hid it from my first wife, but she knew I had it. Then once we were out at an old quarry collecting rocks for a wall and in the bushes I found a whole box of really great stuff. Some kids' porn stash. I should have left it, but took it home. Since wife was there, she obviously knew all about it. I don't recall her getting too much into it--but a few times after that I took her to strip shows and she really got turned on (though that's a different story).

By the time I met my present wife (over 25 years ago) I had a pretty good stash. I never kept it a secret. Indeed, after a urologist told me I should ejaculate at least once a day, my wife was happy to have me masterbate when she wasn't in the mood (which only happens rarely), so she was glad I had the porn. She also knew I visited strip bars and eventually worked in one as a D.J., so I think she preferred my interest in porn rather than in the girls I knew and worked with. Her attitude has always been that she didn't care where I got my appitite, so long as I came home to eat.

I haven't bought a magazine since the internet. I attribute the fact that I have been sexually faithful to my wife to the fact that I get a lot of my quest for variety from porn. My wife was more into porn videos than still pictures, but she still likes to have sex while my digital porn collection is playing in a slide show. She likes to get down on her knees under my desk and suck me off while I am looking at porn.

Without revealing what I do, my job frequently requires that I clean out other guy's offices/dens (has to do with donations). It is not at all uncommon to find porn stashes.
