In order:
1. If you look carefully you can see she has her hair covered. This is one way religious married women cover their hair.
2. She is clearly wearing a wig. This is the other way that they cover their hair.
3. Long sleeves, long socks, long skirt and shirt up to neck. All the things a VERY religious Jewish girl would wear.
4. Similar to number 3 jist without the socks (on the beach). Notice the zero-neckline.
