When my girlfriend lived at her parents, she was always getting changed at night with her curtains open. Not sure anyone ever saw anything. Her bedroom backed onto the garden so people probably would have been able to see if they were looking.
It's weird because she's very shy about her body but seemed to think nobody would see her.
