Guys seldom get erect when they are in naturist places. It just doesn't happen on nude beaches or at hot springs or even at pool parties after a few minutes. Not unless they are actually physically involved, right here right now. The need to spring it out seldom happens. They are usually embarrassed when they are sporting a high hard one, so they lay face down in the sand, or jump into the pool, or go somewhere private to take matters into their own hand.
