The first one is from "Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water". That's the lead character. There's a few shots of her naked toward the end of the series, plus an amusing scene in the middle where she shows up in a white dress that her pet lion makes obvious by his facial expressions that she's wearing no underwear.
The middle of the bottom gifs is from Urusei Yatsura, the first episode. Aliens vs Humans in a game of tag for the freedom of Earth. Human boy (Ataru) can't catch the alien (Lum), so he resorts in making her come to him by stealing her top.
