One theme that has been running through my last two posts here is the endangered status of nude beaches and the fact that the Park Service has cited sexual activity as a reason to restrict nude use. So, there is not only the legal jeopardy of getting caught, but also jeopardizing the status of the beach itself. Anybody could hook up on some isolated traditional clothed beach with like-minded people. What I don't want to see is an unnecessary risk to the status of a place like Gunnison Beach.
I agree with you. Sorry if you keep missing the point. Following your example, sex is okay, sex on the front yard of an elementary school will get you in trouble - time and a place for sure, discretion and the rights of others on the top of the considerations.

I'll repeat: "Every natural place has areas in which one can indulge oneself outside the view of objecting eyes." An exception - a natural place that has no areas like that - would not be outside the view of potentially objecting eyes and not included in the quote above.

Think of the fact that there are even ANY nude beaches in America. Why is nudity legal at Gunnison or Haulover and get you arrested and labeled a sex offender on another beach up the coast?

It's interesting to find people who associate public nudity with sex enough to look at pics of naked girls in public and pay for the privilege and yet disdain actual sex there. It is an arbitrary measure of sexuality - naked and stimulating okay as long as the meat doesn't go horizontal, but the moment it does it should have the hammer of "what if" leveled on it.

I agree that most people going to the beach are not looking for sex on the beach, and that to assume so would be as stupid and dangerous as it would be to assume a woman who agreed to go to dinner also agreed to sex in every position. but it is a real hypocrisy in our midst to blast those who would like to experience sex with their nudity while contributing to a website which is heavily purposed for the sexual enjoyment of nudity at the beach.

Porn used to be illegal even in one's home. Pictures of genitals were considered obscene and worthy of jail time. I wonder how many would say we should not post sex pictures on line because authorities cite nude pics as contributing to the proliferation of pics of sex. Gays were forbidden by law and stiff punishment (pardon the pun) for doing something authorities "got complaints" about. Oral sex, anal sex - all considered sign posts on the road to hell and by permitting one thing was giving permission to every negative association anyone could come up about it.

So Brunettes rule, I get it - you don't want the opportunity to enjoy the milder sexual feelings you get bringing your beautiful wife to the nude beach where you can take pics of her for us lucky pervs at home, cocks in hand, because some in-person perv hoping to get lucky goes around jerking his hardon at every female on the beach until there are so many complaints the ones patrolling call for a shut down of the whole thing. Nor would people who enjoy a glass of wine want prohibition because minors are sometimes successful in obtaining some.

But as everyone here who has ever been voyeur to willing exhibitionists knows, there is an often unspoken ritual of whether someone is interested in taking the inclinations to the next level. Like dating there are clues given and hopefully taken that lead everyone involved to the same conclusion and no one feels subjected to any imposition.
