What site was banned? Is there a list of sites known to do what this says, that we shouldn't link to? I don't really pay attention to those site, and may not know totally what they do, and would rather not waste anyone's time by taking the time to post something that will get removed.

I do know that when you enter a banned URL, the OCC server automatically changes it to a bunch of asterisks. If it does this, you can be certain that the site is banned. So for example a Wikipedia URL will not be censored, but one for Image Fap will be. This can be circumvented by removing the "http" or adding spaces into the URL or s p a c i n g out the word. This works for the sake of not being auto-censored, but it is against the spirt of the Forum.
You can always simply check by just entering the URL straight, with no spaces or other gimmicks, and clicking the "Preview Post" button first before submitting it. I hope this helps.

All the sites that are Banned from their URLs being posted are sites that pay the poster for people clicking on their photos, many of which were taken from here and other Free Sites. As we Moderators find sites that are posted here that are pay per click sites, we report them to Admin and the URLs are then made non functional with ***'s. If you try to go around the auto banning by altering the URL and we go to the site and find it is a banned site, we removed the link that you post. We don't want some members posting photos on those sites then linking to them from here to make money from our loyal members.

There is no list of sites that have been banned. So, if you post a link and when you preview your post and it comes
up with ***'s, just go back and delete it before your 15 minute edit time is up.
