Bizarre moment topless woman is spotted riding the New York subway with just a shirt wrapped around her waist

The mobile footage - which appears to have been recorded on a 3 line train - shows the woman leaning on a pair of doors as she fiddles with a shirt tied around her waist.
She then turns sideways and appears to strike a pose for an unidentified cameraman on the other side of the carriage.
Raising a tote bag from the Chautauqua Chamber of Commerce, she adjusts her barely-there bralette before leaning on the doors again.
Other passengers can be seen trying not to look at her as the train rumbles on to the next stop.
