I've been with a few who couldn't orgasm through piv and we used oral and vibrators. So for them that was their main way. One lady would be 20 minutes, with occasional 3 minutes for orgasm, and another 5 minutes pretty regularly.

Been with my wife for 14 years and we've been having sex for nearly 18 years. We were both quite experienced when we got together and both know what works for each other. Id say 10 mins or so if its intercourse, quicker if there's extra stimulation on her clit. If its just my tongue then id say about five mins on average.
