Another clip from the Spike TV show "World's Worst Tenants." This time the gang gets a complaint about an out of control party that was suspected to contain illegal activity. When they bust into the house, there are t topless women: one dancing on a counter and another one mixing/ giving out drinks. During the bust, the women can be seen running out of the house while attempting to cover their breasts. One uses a cowboy hat and the other just carries her coat leading to great topless from behind footage.
